Our services are limited to the customization of audit files based on client specifications. Everychecks assumes no responsibility for the use, accuracy, completeness, or compliance of the modified audit files with Tenable’s software or any other system. Clients remain fully responsible for the implementation and consequences of using these files. Everychecks shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to any incompatibility, data loss, security breaches, or software malfunctions.
3 – Limitation of Liability
Everychecks cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the website https://everychecks.com.
Everychecks disclaims all responsibility for how the information and content available on https://everychecks.com are used.
Everychecks commits to securing the website as best as possible; however, it shall not be held responsible if unwanted data is imported and installed on the site without its knowledge.
